Because we allow only one business per category, submitting the form helps secure your place before it fills.

SECURE YOUR PLACEMENT
Once we receive your request, we will confirm that your business category is available and send you the next steps to secure your placement on the postcard.

Your ad space is reserved once payment is received, ensuring your business is locked in for the campaign.

CONFIRM YOUR AD DETAILS
After your spot is secured, we will review the information you submitted through the reservation form.

We may reach out to confirm your promotion, contact information, and any links you would like used for features such as QR codes.
This step ensures all details are accurate before we design your advertisement.

REVIEW & APPROVE YOUR AD
We will create a draft of your advertisement and send it to you for review. You’ll have the opportunity to request any adjustments before giving final approval to ensure your ad looks exactly how you want it.
05.
WE PRINT & MAIL THE CAMPAIGN
Once all advertisements are approved, the postcard is professionally printed and mailed to thousands of targeted local homes using USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM).

Meet the Founder
I grew up in small-town Nebraska surrounded by local businesses — the restaurants, service providers, and shops that help make a community feel like home.
I started Midwest Community Marketing to make it easier for those businesses to get seen in their own neighborhoods. Many small businesses want to advertise locally, but traditional marketing can be expensive or time-consuming.
Our oversized community postcard campaigns give businesses a simple way to reach thousands of nearby homes. By sharing the cost of the mailing, each business gets strong local exposure while keeping advertising affordable.
